Weve had the LRSXS2706V for several weeks and its great. The Stainless Steel Look is fine but there are still a few finger prints that need to be wiped away. I love the ice and water in the door. Wish it had a butter shelf cheese drawer and adjustable shelves but for the price you cant beat this.

I bought this two months ago. Everything is fine for the most part however my water was tasting like chlorine. I called LG and they walked me through inserting the filter again. After I flushed 3 gallons the water was fine for one day. I called them back and they wouldnt help me. Also if you like ice for your drinks this model has a very small ice bin so it doesnt make very much ice. I guess I was more worried about how I wanted my refrigerator to look versus functionality.

I have to say that the ice maker was working but the small door to allow the ice to fall was not opening. We went a week without the luxury if auto ice. I have to say that we have become spoiled. The repair associate arrived a week after purchase and changed out a circuit board. Everyone was professional in the repair ticket and repair of my brand-new LG Refrigerator. After 26 nicknames finally accepted one? After this occurrence the refer is working fine and its huge. Love it

Do No Buy - Ice Maker Stopped After 15 Months

Purchased in March 2022 and the ice maker stopped functioning in the beginning of May 2023 and there is only a 1 year warranty. Our last refrigerator had a 5 year warranty and they still came out after 7 years. Waste of money. Customer support couldnt help so I have to either pay for a warranty extension or get a whole new refrigerator.

Very happy with this new purchase after our previous fridge unexpectabley died. I love that we can still use the water dispenser when the door it open previous one couldnt. My only knock on the fridge is a personal one. Were both fairly tall people and the handles are a little low for us. 6 under youre probably fine.

We bought this product about a month ago including the service plan. Within 24 hours the ice dispenser stopped putting out water. We did all of the troubleshooting and ended up calling for service. Service crew made it out after about ten days and told us its the solenoid already??. Have been waiting two weeks for the part and for service to show up after cancelling out time-slot last week. In the meantime the vegetable drawers are malfunctioning and everything in them is freezing SOLID. Ruined a bunch of vegetables and now the drawers are unusable yes we used the temperature adjustment settings- still freezes solid. Regret this purchase immensely.

We bought this fridge after our previous LG died after 13 years. We went to Home Depot to look at several styles and knew we wanted something with at least 27 Cu. Ft. of space. We had a French door LG previously and I was not a fan going back to SxS was the way to go for us. We love how deep the door shelves are and how much room there is in the fridge. Also the Stainless does not show fingerprints like our other Stainless LG had.

Have had this fridge for two weeks today and have already had a serviceman to the house. The ice maker sprays ice all over the place ending up on the floor. I was told by the service person I am using the wrong drinking glasses. Should use a wider glass and hold it to the top around the dispenser. Said nothing wrong. Case closed. Also the filter does not seem to filter the water. Tastes like tap water and is barley cold. Useless I wanted them to fix it or take it back. No....nothing wrong with it. Stay away from this fridge.

I bought this about a month ago very happy with it. It has great features are just a start 27 Cu Ft but very large 27 feet. We buy enough food for 5 adults and it holds it all with room left over. Then we got the model with ice maker on freezer door bam whole other top shelf in the freezer awesome. Only downside make sure you measure height where it is going a little taller than my last two fridges.Bought it at Luckypennywv at a large discount cause of a few scratches and dents.

Defective Super slow ice making

Warm fridge in FL 3/4/2023

I purchased this refrigerator a little over 5 weeks ago. Never seemed that cold so I kept setting the temperature colder and colder. Finally at the coldest setting the refrigerator would be at 40 degrees and when you open the door for 10 seconds the temperature would jump up and would take several hours to cool. Service very unresponsive. Spent over two hours to get service five days from now. At least they claim to cover food spoilage so we will see. Also if you like ice this is not the refrigerator for you. The ice maker is slow. I keep pressing the ice plus but still run out of ice 2-3 times each week and Im just one person using ice.

Fridge temp is well regulated food will not freeze. Very low noise level when compressor is running. My wife was happy with LG customer service they were responsive and helpful. This is a Terrible refrigerator. Shuts all functions spontaneously. No lights. No cooling. No water. No Ive. Not a sound. Have been serviced repeatedly and no resolution. Food getting spoiled and we are at ping pong between LG and the seller but no one has resolved the issues.
